Deborah Jelly & Associates Inc. is a 100% Canadian owned Ontario business corporation, located in Rockland, Ontario and providing services in the resolution of workplace conflict to public and private sector clients throughout Canada.  

Deborah Jelly and her associates have twenty-three (23) years resolving workplace conflict: leading and conducting investigations of breach of conduct, conflict, harassment and violence; developing and delivering prevention courses and seminars to personnel at all levels. And contributing to fair workplace practices; developing and implementing at the organizational level, policy, communication strategies, and staff development programs. 

Deborah has worked as investigator since 2002. All investigators on the team have completed courses related to Occupational Health and Safety including: Workplace Violence in the Canadian Federal Jurisdiction, Psychologically Healthy Workplaces, Harassment and Violence Prevention for Designated Recipients and Employers and Accident Investigations. 

The company has prepared investigators to investigate occurrences in accordance with the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations- Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations; and has been qualified as a competent person since 2010. Training and experience rendering investigative decisions about harassment and discrimination related to the Canadian Human Rights Act. 

Specific experience: analyzing workplace dissatisfaction and conflict; developing policy; coaching and supporting leaders; and predicting the impact of policy changes and implementation of decisions in cases of workplace violence, conflict and harassment.

Deborah Jelly & Associates Inc. consultants specialize in facilitating compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation as well as workplace code of conduct and workplace civility. Our clients include organizations large and small, public, and private across Canada. Deborah Jelly & Associates Inc. has also provided interventions in situations that have become unmanageable and provided assessments of the factors that have led up to the problem. In addition to providing interventions in situations of workplace conflict, harassment and violence, Deborah Jelly & Associates Inc. consultants are mediators and trainers.

Deborah Jelly has developed a process for completing Workplace Assessments to determine factors and influences on workplace well-being, and to provide analysis and options for ways to improve conditions which have contributed to the current work environment.
